Ridiculous ping issues on EU servers

No need for detailed explanation, most of us are suffering NA ping on EU. It's not about my isp, and i think that applies for others too. I don't know why we're doomed to play with ping spikes, lag and shit but, if it's about the monthly/yearly fee of the server, i humbly offer my help.

Well ordniary I'm not lagging, but sometimes all germans got a ping of 120 xD Dunno if it's the server or just the host of our internet...^^ (this is like happening once a week )

30, 40. 70, 80. 100, 110. This is what my ping seems to shift through, getting progressively better towards midnight.
