Some players are still faster and stronger than PEPE. They use 2H and run like rabbit, take 15 hits, kill PEPE with one poor fast swing...

24/24 isn't minmaxing lol its a balanced build. "Min-maxing is the practice of playing a role-playing game, wargame or video game with the intent of creating the "best" character by means of minimizing undesired or unimportant traits and maximizing desired ones.[1] This is usually accomplished by improving one specific trait or ability by sacrificing ability in all other fields. A minmaxed build would be a str heavy or agi heavy build since you are ditching the other to improve one(maximizing one, minimizing the other).

Most builds are min-maxed. Do you put str/agi in multiples of 3 to take full advantage of higher skill ceilings? You're min-maxing. Do you not put points into skills that are only minimally or not useful to your weapon choices at all? You're min-maxing. Only way to not min-max would be completely random stats and skill distribution. Even the worst thrower/archer/1h/shield samurai armor wearing donkey rider hybrid build is somewhat min-maxed.
