Most of you do not use 0 slot axes because they suck, and if 0 slot weps are used they are mainly swords etc. Grosses Messer and some other swords recently got a downgrade in slots 1>0, but the Light One Handed Battle Axe never got such a thing. No one uses it, they would rather go for the One Handed battle axe and higher if they want a 1 slot wep.
This would increase the variety in 0 slot weapons more, the other 0 slot axes aren't too powerful.
