(Excluding tax, assuming 1EUR= 1USD)
- Anything at a local dollar store
- Plenty of cheap produce at the grocery store, as well as smaller items like yogurt, individual snack bars, etc.
- A bottle of water/soft drink if you're lucky, although those usually cost $1.20 - $1.50.
- A cheap toothbrush/ other chintzy supplies that are decent for traveling so you can just toss them after you're done
- A bag of chips/other small snack to go with lunch, although like bottles of water those are usually a little over a dollar

Edit: Just googled it and it turns out that 1EUR is equal to exactly $1.08, and I've got 8% sales tax where I live, so you can neglect my first statement.
