I believe that the problem is in the parsing of the youtube tag. There were also other parsing problems after using it (like smileys not displaying). Try out updating the youtube mod that you're using and it should work.

Yeah its the addon for it, just couldn't find addons in the backend haven't done much with SMF backend.
