  Valerian and his m8's were standing in front of the gate so I opened it for them, a few of his m8's died to NPCS and he proceeded to ban poll me for "griefing".

5. Why you think the offender did what he did.*

Valerian was just the commander, he didn't do the poll.

btw you grieff as fuck openining the gate when one was at it and let all the bots enter

Well, i must answer this post because this is terrible false.

First of all, Valerien didnt make the poll. Was me who did it.

Second, we werent at the gate, was the first minute of the three rounds and the team was at their respective "jobs", one part of the team at the main gate and the others were at the smaller door.

Its important to say, when the poll was made there was about of 15ppl at the server, so another part couldnt make a shieldwall to open the gate until the others were being attacked.

When u opened the gate 3 ppl died, (were 15 at the server) and was the first round.

Not only me and valerien, the full team thought was a good reason to ban u and they accepted the poll.

So you open a gate on DTV and get 3 people killed. franpuppet poll banned you, and you must have gotten angry and made a ban thread and lied so you can try and ban him.

Its a real good commander, we lost vs tincans but was a good game and a better team.

You don't own the server, I don't need your special permission to open the gate when people are just standing around doing nothing. You told me to read the rules and I didn't see any of those points there, on the other hand I did read the rules here and saw that poll abuse is a bannable offense.

I did look at the logs. 

When team is fighting at door A and B, and no one is ready at the door C, you shouldn't open door C unless you're magically gifted to deal with whatever is behind door C.
