4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after.:I was playing at EU3 with 4 people, which where those Im requesting to ban. In a 40 minutes game Apprassimov had 7 deaths, that is impossible if one plays normal without brocoding and stuff. When there was the last 10 minutes of the round, Nykro and Ramsay refused to attack Aprassimov due to "brocoding". Which made me the only one playing against Ramsay and Nykro who actually tried to cap flag but since I was alone vs 2 there were no chance etc. So they kept fist fighting in 10 whole minutes. I believe this is against the rules, we were 4 people which means we can get multiplicators. But due to them refusing to attacking each other it just didnt work.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did.* Because there is this "brocoding" thing people do, I do it too sometimes, but never in a small server which is different.
