No I would not. Wrong weapon, wrong build, poor conditions. With build similar to his, could be. I'm not much of a dueler and in my opinion, duels between two players of similar skill are decided by the amount of armor, HP and damage you deal. I've dueled Tindel years ago, was who first win 10 duels. I was leading 7-0 with my 18/24 build (he had his usual balanced build). He wanted to change build, I agreed. He came back with full STR skip the fun char and won next 10 duels for grand total of 10-7.

GTX will beat Xesta anyway, but if he wanted to make sure that happens I would suggest 33/12 build with full IF and borrowed heaviest loomed plate from armory. Weapon of choice: loomed Bec de Corbin. GTX is good at blocking fast attacks. Just need to hold his ground and don't chase Xesta, let him come at range then two nicely timed attack and duel won. Repeat.

Well, duelling in crpg is kinda different. with min-max build and gear it's not fair imo. that's why i love nditions stlye, and that's just my personal opinion. BUT ofc that doesn't mean gtx is bad, no he's good and he'll probably rekt Xesta.
