I've brought it up in the past, but that was simply a small request to have a game with someone, which Gurnisson fulfilled. We never got to finish our game, but to say the least he was kicking my ass. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone would be interested in making a dedicated steam group for our community to fully play out games as a group. Any suggestions welcome!

Personally, I find the game near unplayable without G&K and BNW. It just seems clunky and way too "beta" for me, and doesn't seem a finished game. There is a very competitive steam group called No Quitters but that's a little bit out of my league, but I think we could form something similar. They have set rules for their games, to make sure that its always fair and everyone always knows the rules.

I suggest you set up the steam group and then jsut invite all the cRPG people you have on steam to join, seems the easiest way to get things rolling.  We can organise games on here for those that are interested.

Civ 5 is pretty boring. Then again, last time i played it then it was without DLCs/Expansions.

yeah it's not worth it without G&K and BNW, even with them it's very stripped down.

Thanks to the 7 of you who already joined!
I put some work into the group and opened up 2 discussions, which I highly recommend you check out. I said in the group but i'll ask here again, if anyone would like to help me run the group please say so! I gave Casimir and Phantasmal officer status already, as they have shown to be pretty passionate about it. I made the rest of you moderators, to help manage the group as well. It's a public group, so feel free to tell anyone to join, cRPG player or not. It's more of an open community for casual Civ than some super competitive elite group.
