3. Time and server, as accurately as possible  EU1 . 15-20 mins ago.
4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after. I spawn in. Kill one guy. He respawns again.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did.* I killed him at the start of the round so he was pissed and came back.

His last ban was 2 years ago and for a different reason, so I'll only warn him this time. Doesn't really seem that much of an abuse if only done once.
Double-spawning in battle is against rules, just to make it clear. If he does that again, he'll be severly punished.
