The war is just in its early stages, I'm sure there will be bigger battles to come. I myself just got back to NA from my all-expense-paid vacation to EU(thanks for that JayJrod, the scenery was lovely and the locals were great) and am working on rebuilding my army. There will probably be bigger battles in the weeks to come once everyones armies are reoutfitted from the patch and things get organized.

If only there was some kingdom with a lot of money, men and gear that would get involved...  You know, you could really mess things up and attack both sides.  A little threesome would be nice.  Plus rosters would be interesting- one battle you're fighting a guy, the next you are fighting beside him.

You guys do know the point of night time settings is so you can avoid times where you can't make battles right? I set mine from 12pm to 8pm PST. Thats the time I can't make it, its not "trying to avoid battles" its "making it so I can actually attend the defenses of my army/fiefs". If I wanted to avoid battles I would have set them from 4pm to 12am, making it 3am your guys time.

Yeah, I'm not sure who put that there... maybe someone who now can't make it since it's too late for them? (I'm not sure how long the attack was actually delayed). It's just tricky to balance this out, seeing how NA is split over 4 timezones. While 8pm is perfectly reasonable for you guys on the west coast, for us on the east coast a battle that may go on for a while (one can hope we can get a good fight) starting at 11pm is a bit of a nuisance. Being the night owl that I am, 11pm doesn't bother me much, but there are some who are quite the opposite.

I actually put that briefing on there because I had work in the morning on friday (and i'm on eastern time) and was grumpy about having to stay up late and get up early.


If was a fun battle though, more like a strat fight should be.
