Yea, pretty much.
If you don't feel like telling anyone when there is no admin playing, neither you're able or bothered enough to take screens for a ban request, then you have to deal with the rule breakers.
Pretty simple.

The vast majority of steam users are not... I guess the best word is "prudent"... with their friend list like you seem to be. Either way, I had no issues with NA admins on my FL before I became an admin myself. They are just regular people not salaried employees of Donkey Crew. Still didn't have anyone spam "friend balls" in chat or anything. Most admins I've spoken with are nice internet people.

Ill admin all of it, i play "all" day ( atleast 2-4 hours a day ), and ive actully held on to cRPG for 4-5 years now so im good eitherway if it goes down, its been a great couple of years
