Ban Havelle for TK and double spawning

3. Time and server, as accurately as possible- 1:12am Central NA1,  but this went on for a while.

4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after. Havelle would start attacking Soft_Juicy_Mango and Soft would just shield and block his attacks after he was kicked for getting reported 5x he just spawned back in and kill Soft that same round. The tw continued on for a long time, need to just check logs and eventually Soft just kinda gave up and would spawn in naked knowing that he would just get tw.

5. Why you think the offender did what he did. No clue, it doesn't make since why you would want to TK your teammate and not get a multi.

So if a good player(Soft_Juicy_Mango) is being TK every round I'm going to attempt to stop it I'm sorry, but I enjoy having a multi. I had already told him to stop then I tried walking in front of them, but then havelle just hit me and continued on wacking at Soft. Havelle says that he thought Soft_Juicy_Mango was enjoying it?!?
