They are everywhere around the game, it's the dolls that are used by map makers to simulate people.

There is one in one of those snowy maps. It is on top of an unreachable height by the flag, standing right at the edge. Everytime I climb in through the front walls, I mistake it for a ranged bastard and practice extra caution for a brief period of time. Then I realize that it is a prop added by the troll map designer. Takes me a few seconds to shake the stupidity off of me and go on marching for the flag.

I always thought they were the souls of old c-RPG players who 'quit' but in fact were taken into the game so they could never quit
