Lost my Masterwork Axe

This was a pretty dumb move on my end, made a huge mistake.

So haven't played too much lately but been really enjoying getting back into CRPG. Last time I played the revival patch came out and offered free reforging for your items, of course I could not make up my mind. So yesterday finally decided to reforge my Mighty Persian Battle Axe to a Mighty Celtic Axe and I failed to realize that offer expired and instead exchanged my Mighty Persian for two heirloom points.

If there any way to either reverse this mistaken swap or to still exchange MW items through reforging?

The thing is that "reforge" exchanges your +3 item for 2 loompoints, whereas "exchange" lets you exchange your +3 item for another +3 item. Two different things. It's written in the description before you confirm the action anyway.

You are entirely accurate.

The exchange was no longer an option, as it appears to have been removed as none of my masterworks were exchanged, even though I intended to lol.

The reforge does clearly say what happens, I clicked confirm as I selected continue and clicking the cancel action was too late. It sill went through.

Am I just out of luck on this one?

We all make mistakes, and you never know, maybe the confirm window never came up or something...

Dutch, don't give up. just don't expect any of the team members to jump on it. All of them have been pretty unresponsive lately, but i'm sure harald would help if he saw the post .
