It's decently fun. It's a bit challenging but definitely not as hard as the Souls series. If you enjoy the combat and gameplay in Souls you'll probably like this.

Unfortunately though it is very badly optimized.

The state of a game's DRM must have some influence on the total amount of replies in a game thread.

That being said, I really enjoy this game. Combat looks a lot like Dark Souls, but doesn't quite feel like it. Everything is just a little bit different, perhaps on purpose.

you can pirate it now - thought id give it a spin to kill time for darksouls3.

Just seems REALLY bland, not just the teenblizzardpauldron art but the gameplay too. beat first boss which actually took me a couple goes because I couldn't figure out how to heal. Then someone asked me to do a sidequest and I told them to fuck off, and closed game for now.

Heh, one of the things I have a love/hate relationship with in the Dark Souls series is how most "side quests" are very near impossible to figure out or even trigger without a guide.
