Add DM TDM servers xp enabled, only good maps like Arena in rotation

I wouldn't mind seeing a TDM or Deathmatch server for CRPG.  I wouldn't even care if it didn't reward XP, just want something to kill time.

get rid of NA rage ball server and put up a DM or TDM server.
