I'm sure the autokick is there for a reason - to calculate the number of bots according to the number of living players - not just to annoy you. Besides, if it were disabled, that would add a lot of work for admins to kick people who don't spawn for a long time and are using a slot someone else who wants to play could use.

Why don't they just give players 5 minutes to join before kick and calculate bots based on joined players not non joined/spectators? Some players actually like to take little breaks between rounds instead of 'you must join immediately or be kicked'. Oh well.

If you can't spawn after the countdown has ended and bots have spawned, what's the difference between being kicked or not? You'll have to wait for the next round either way, and rejoining is just a couple of clicks away.
