found a cave with only 1 entrance and 3 swamps around.. idk if its worth anything 

Does blocking cave entrance with hf actually work? Well noone robbed me so far..

thats pretty much what ive been looking for, but been so long I dont really remember what a good start location is for haven. I guess its all about quality later on with high survival so it doesnt matter that much?

yeah fishing is nice source of discovery lp + it gives you more FEP than forageable shit

what you using as bait? leeches from swamp? I tried digging for worms, didnt find any - did ruin the landscape of some suckers base tho!

There's no leeches. I use either shit from ant hills or ladybugs or those grubs you find in forests. Can use entrails as well.

Inheritance does, indeed, not return any percentage of anything. Only claimed land is inherited.

They seem to release patches fast. Hope they keep it up like this in the future.

EDIT: It seems that some boulders (the more colorful ones) are actually ore boulders that you can get metal from when you smelt then. This is nice since you don't have to actually have a mine to get metal and instead you have this entry-type ore.

Ore boulders are very rare like 1 for 50-100 screens
If u not sure ore its or rock u can stockpile it on the ground they have different textures. Any ore will be looks like Iron ore (bronw-red) and any stone (even colorfull one) will be looks like gray stone. But keep in mind what u can add ores in stones stockpiles.
 Malachite (gree) smelted in copper ore.
