New Shulus Open Trade

Hello Everyone,

I have just acquired New Shulus and would like everyone to know it is now open for free trade and I need to get rid of some S&D and lots of it.  The taxes are being lowered within 5 days.  Its a great spot for any traders because any central cities will have a 150% bonus minimum.  Please don't hang around too long because the crime is kind of high and I don't want lots of your troops dying.  The crime will be dealt with very soon and most likely within 3 days.
