Plus most of them are just waiting for back problems given their inability to work their body evenly just overmuscling the top half so they look "cool" on the beach.
Well, anybody who does somewhat serious training trains all muscles,
especially legs and lower back. Don't know if there's a similar (or the same term) in english, but in Germany people who only train arms and chest are called "disco-pumper" ('cause you don't see legs in the disco')
Seriously, squats and deadlifts are like the most satisfying and challenging exercises, I can't believe people have fun only training their arms/upper body.
