I lift for neither of these, hehe. I lift to look bigger/wider. Good strenght is a nice side effect of course. I don't care about my body fat either, so I can eat what I want, get good gains and strenght while not having to diet.
I lost some kilos though because I couldn't properly train for about 6 weeks, so I forced myself to eat around 600 calories less a day, to not gain kilos over kilos of fat.
Now I am back to only 91 kg with 15 % body fat. I think thats okayish (as I said, I don't care about aestethics). Now I need to bulk again, so it's 4000 calories per day again.
