I suck at PvP but I can gain far more exp and at a quicker rate in siege with more actual combat time.

Don't change a thing except: NO repairs/Damage to equipment.

Make DTV the proper testing ground for builds/gear.

This might lead to more anti-afk features like:
Only 34% votes needed but the subject of the kick poll can vote to and his/her vote is worth 33%, leaving the rest of the server splitting the 67%.

It would still need 51% of population saying yes to kick vote to get the effective poll result of 34% and if he/she doesn't vote then the required amounts of votes are drastically lowered.
