Character Reset? / Items lost

Well, i have a Problem:

One of my Alts was completly resetted. I mean back from lvl 34 to 25.
I lost all my items, also my loomed items, everything.
Had 64k gold, also gone.
I dont know what kind of a bug that is, but that was a shock. -.-
I hope theres a way to undo this.
