Used free respec and lost 32 million XP!

It said i last used it 7 days ago and i just used it and lost 32 million XP can a dev please revert this??? I waited and used it as soon as i got it and lost my XP...........

Just read when you respecc, if it says you lose exp then you lose exp, so its not free, so dont use it.

I used it a week ago and was watching the timer go down and used it the minute i got it and still lost my XP 32 million XP gone and the devs can check into that, NessaJ or Harald or whomever but i waited and that does not seem fair...........

Yup i just looked and it is delayed...........About 5 min after it said i used it 7 days ago the XP that it took was gone so this is not my fault is it? cause i used it as soon as the timer was up but it still took 32 million xp.....................

Can I haz free respec, I accidently used it on Alt thinking it's one per char and not one per ACCOUNT, You could have wrote that with BIG LETTERS, not that I had to find it by myself
