on a side note:  arching your back like that turns the normal bench press angle into a decline press angle,  decreasing the range of motion and fostering muscle involvement thats strength wise superior to that of the flat bench press.  i.e. what he said:

strong man competition rules dont ensure a clean technique,  its a perversion like those gay crossfit pullups.  my statement on the technique btw is just to make sure no one here starts lifting like that,  not to diss your girl.  as I said,  nonetheless an impressive amount of weight for such a beauty
