Are any EU admins active anymore?

Even though many of the NA admins agree this is a permaban worthy cheat, especially since it was so blatant and McDeath practically bragged on the forums about it; we still haven't had a single word from anyone who has power to permaban accounts.  Is cheating allowed now on strategus, this one and any following versions???  I've messaged both Harald and cmpx and nothing.  Are you guys going to allow cheating now, because that would really suck for the community.

I know busy with patch, but this is pretty open and shut case.  Unless you want a lot of cheating in any new strat iteration you need to acknowledge that cheating and then bragging about it on forums is not allowed.
