Did everyone receive 1 free exchange?

    I have received a starter pack, however, not an exchange point. My account was created today and I was wondering if exchange points were only given to vet accounts or something. Several other people said they received their exchange points with their starter kit and could use the option. However, I don't have these options. Is there someway I could obtain one?

i think the exchange feature is limited to "vet" players but i may be wrong.
if you are trying to change your current +3 items (the starter kit one) , be aware that you can't.

Exchange was only given to existing accounts. The exchange option on items in the starter pack was accidentally enabled and will be fixed (and exchanged items reverted).

You need to connect to a server and then it should show up on that character.
