yeah my alt has one in game and in site says 7 riding but people with 7 cant ride it

Definitely odd. It should match what's on the site with a 7 riding requirement as long as it's +0 or above. I have a +3 charger and I was able to ride it on my 7 riding builds.

Repair button's the easiest. If that doesn't work, someone can send you his item_kinds1.txt. If the server lets you mount the horse despite the warning anyways, then there's no need really.

Apologies for interrupting this well handled post, but is the charger actually a good horse? I was 21/15 some time ago before 1h cav was nerfed and it was very good but now I'm unsure. I want to go cav again but I don't know what horse to use (prefer a fairly heavy one) nor weapon.
