No tutorial for newbies?

How newbie could know there is punch under "C" while there is no command in options and "D" and "A" rolling????!!!

BTW. Rolling was designed by some moron, srsly, i tried it 20 times and newer works, its retarded idea and animation ala BF4 counter knife... maybe same person designed those both things xDDDD
