4. I had couched him for the first kill, It was  on the map  Pueblo_Village.... Which is the anti-cav map, basically. Anyways, he had quit, then came back before 6:00 and then killed me.

Checked logs, defendant did die, rejoin before spawn period expired, and proceeded to spawn in again. This will be Spiritus_de_Deceptio's 10th ban, the duration shall be 24 hours.
