Why was this disabled? I for one would prefer to have it reinstated as my build depends on this feature.
Edit: NVM. It appears to have been fixed.

If you use too many voice commands over a short time-frame the game automatically mutes further voice commands for a while.

True skill is not being able to outfox/outblock your opponent, but rather to keep up an endless torrent of Q voicespam in battle while avoiding death by Q-menu keylock.
