It's much better with the Japanse voice actors.

every anime is better with the original voice over, english dub just ruins the anime, as one of my friends said, the japanese voice it over like it's a movie, the americans like it's a cartoon, of course some of the older animes have pretty good english dub, how i originally saw them, though i would prefer to watch even those in japanese, jin roh is a great anime aswell...

There is pretty much two things that are different from Japan and US/Europe. In terms of anime.

Starting off ;
In Japan are voice actors being idolized and some are really famous(Norio Wakamoto, Kana hanazawa, Yu kobayashi, etc) while in the US/Europe voice actors are nothing special.


But the biggest issue is : Money.
Take for example Blizzard games(WoW, Starcraft, etc) They all have pretty much top notch voice acting(And good quality)
This is due to Blizzard having quite alot of money.

The companies that translate/dub anime? They are all minor companies that can't afford good equipment nor voice actors.
Neither do they gain alot of money by translating/dubbing anime, since it isn't really that popular here.

While in Japan anime is a big product.
The producers get alot of money by doing anime, and thus can afford(and want) better equipment/voice actors since they'll get more money that way.

Naruto is wicked, naruto shippuden is even better, in japanese of course, but the fillers, so many fillers...

i liked the first naruto, but when seeing shippuden for a couple eps, i totally lost interest...
don't like the new way of the structure the anime was going (more longdrawn drama, less funny stuff) 
same goes for bleach   

One piece naow, never gets old, one of the best series to be seen

I really like shippuden, but the fillers are terrible, i'd rather there not be an episode instead of what they're showing, damn, there was even an entire season of fillers, not seen bleach or one piece either, i prefer my darker anime over anything else...

yeh, bleach is kinda in the dark genre, but just like naruto, it's pretty kewl in the first couple seasons, but later it's moar filler here, filler there, filler that
