I just watched this (sorry it's german)

And I would like to hear from you guys if the console optimized menues are that annoying while playng ( in origines I never had to micromanage my inventory to an extend that those menues would have killed the game for me) and how gamebreaking is the fact that you only have 8 skill quickslots?
because these consoleoptimization could be a reason not to buy the game.
obviously I am talking about the PC version.

The combat is just too tedious for me to enjoy the game. It feels more dynamic at first, since it's more direct and faster than Origins, but I got stuck in animations not being able to move and having to wait a couple of seconds, and very often. And the animations are too anime-like for my taste. I enjoyed Origins a lot more, especially because it didn't crash all the time and I could play it.

I think it's an excellent Dragon Age game and I got used to the menus.
When west germany annexed east germany, nobody moved a finger too.

i had no issues with the controls, but i had never used the tactical view, too.
yeah the ui is not great and optimised for controllers.

combat-wise i still prefer da2. it had a nice flow there (and lots of exaggerated animations :P )
dai is more the middle ground of dao and da2 with less control over your party, at least the ai is not that stupid as before.

You know when you get tired of fighting dragons because of the tedious combat which is the most awesome thing to do in the game you won't be playing it again.
Everything that can be counted does not necessarily count; everything that counts cannot necessarily be counted.

To be honest I just played this with my 360 controller on PC anyway. Was nice just to sit back and play.

well, there were too many dragons. in origins and da2 dragon fights were some highlights of the game.
in dai it was just another encounter.
