I actually refused to believe this was Smoothrich at first, but managed to get to the end of the video thanks to horrified fascination. From what I could gather from the sorry drunken rant, he claims to be "Smoothrich, the best player of cRPG" and calls out Canary. Unless it's some other SA bundle of sticks pretending to be Smoothrich, it's him.

This video is like 6 months old or something, I was a member of the elite crew of people who pre-screened the video at a very sexclusive premier. Since the release of this video I have respected Smoothrich more than I ever did before.

This is without any doubts in my mind the best piece of multimedia entertainment related to cRPG that has ever been released, and I applaud Smoothrich for writing, acting in, editing, and producing what is inarguably the magnum opus of cRPG.
