A few questions

1.So, when I  enter some town and want to buy equipment, all of it is broken, like cracked tatar bow and such. Why ? Is there any way to prevent this ?

2. If I apply as a mercenary and get into the battle, am I the only one fighting, or my soldiers are fighting too ? Also, do I command my own troops in battle, or the main commander does so ?

A fief owner can upgrade things from being broken to +0 or even +3. Means you can buy everything on -2 in every fief, but for the real stuff you need to search the right fiefs with the upgraded things.

All your mercenaries in a Battle together can spawn the amount of troops you have on the Map. Means, when you have 200 troops, and you have 20 Mercenaries in your roster, each of them can spawn 10 times. If one dies only 4 times, another one can die 16 times.

If someone has a battle and you apply to that battle, your troops and gear do not matter. You only use that person's troops and gear.

However, if you attack someone then it is like Chris said.

Correct. All fighters in battle are human players signed to the roster by the commander or leaders of the battle.

Win. And that happens quite often actually because people are too self-important pussies to join the team with less tickets and/or worse gear.

Sad but true.  Even though the experience is the same, some puusy dumb ass losers will desert.  They're just focused om winning, not on valourous glorious last stands.  In fact, I've heard of people quitting midway through a battle cuz they're losing.  Bunch of pathetic scum bag dick faced losers.  I mean victory is nice, but won't always happen.  All you can do sometimes is cause as much damage as you can before you die.  And people that can't see the glory in that are a bunch of http://www.noswearing.com/dictionary
