Archer and Tincans are build according to their "enemies". Their builds are secrets ofc.

Armour restrictions for any participant will be "butt naked".
Basically the only piece of equipment for your characters will be practice shields. As many as you like/can carry. :)

Nope.

Edit: I just talked with Tueten and we decided the following:

Body armor is allowed. You can spend max. 1000 gold on it. You may wear any boots you like. No hand armor is allowed. We want to see naked hands!

SO the 1000 gold limit is ALL armor peices bought for total 1000? or 1000 on each? or 1000 on body armor, unlimited on boots and hat?

The 1000 gold is for body armor ONLY!
Helmet/Boots doesn't matter.
No hand armor at all.

You can go naked too for optimum speed if you like.
But better not forget your practice shield - you definitely gonna need practice shield(s).

There is a group of body armor 8 outfits that is more expensive. You can use those too.
Those include the robes, dresses and the nobleman outfits.

Looks like much fun, except do there have to be archers? Even if they may have only short bows, the accuracy and low body armor will make you run like a rabbit the whole time, doesn't sound like fun to me...

I know that, but I guess you can't run around with shield up the whole time. Also I hope there's no archers aiming at you like when you're opening gates, that would just diminish the fun for me.
