Looked it up, seems one 780ti can do 30-40 fps @4k.
Not what I'd call overly smooth, but definitely playable.

buy a 2tb hd, thats only like 5 yurodollars more expensive
and no cpu cooler? if you like noise and not so well cooling performance stay with the stock

Swap the 4770k for a 4790k and the mobo for the z97 version. (if you haven't ordered yet )
Same price or may even be a little cheaper.
Also I think that broadwell (5XXX intel) will use the z97 1150 socket.

Swapped 4770k for 4790k, only about 5€ price difference and it runs on 4ghz compared to 4770k's 3,5ghz.
