I decided to save some money up and not spent it all in a gaming rig, anyhow, I know its mediocre/somewhat good, but it will do the job I think, 

Yeh, ist okay... i dont like the fact that u ordered windows8.1 ... i had to deal with win8 Abit when Setting up stuff for neighbors and shit ... and hell it sucks ... nice Mainboard tho.When is your PC coming? It seems mine will get sent tomorrow.

Its somehow weird that i also have 650W ... sometimes it seems abit little, but im 95% sure its enough for me ;)

Got it on release, what a stupid mistake that was :p.
No aftermarket cooler, terrible drivers for about 3 months and dat price QQ.

By the way, high end gaming today is 4K gaming. Not including your screen in your rig makes you look like an amateur.

I think I'd call that extreme gaming, aren't many builds that can run a 4K above 30fps.
I consider multi-screen setups or 1440p gaming high end tbh.

4K just isn't feasible enough for gaming yet imo.
We'll see what happens next gen, currently 880 doesn't look like a huge performance increase, but it may be superseded by a Ti or something.

Actually 4K gaming at decent framerates is perfectly possible today if you get a multi-gpu setup and sacrifice on some graphical goodies, or play the right games. At 4K, AA isn't that big a deal, cheap methods will work fine.

It doesn't have to be any bigger than your average screen, you could just use 4k to increase the pixel density.

Not that 1080p isn't smooth and nice, but at higher resolutions clarity really improves .

Been doing some reading while bored at work (no fire pls)

Seems one of the best PSUs to get at the moment is a EVGA supernova G2 800W.
Just under £100, japanese capacitors, 10 year warranty(!) and around 90% efficiency.

The other versions have some chinese capacitors, the kind that like to go boom .

The 1000W P2 (not G2) version is all japanese again, 92% efficiency ~£140.

Both very good PSUs, tempted to get one myself if I ever go SLI
(figured I'd post it here as there seems to be a lot of dead pcs atm)
