He's a new player whose highest level is 2.
The ET character is just a skip the fun and the key appears to be brand new.
I'm just going to give a stern warning here and place a short 5 minute ban on the account.
That'll serve as a way to flag down admins in the future if we have some reason to look him up.
If I see him in game, I'll warn him and direct him to the forums.
Or if it happens again, just let him know that it'll get him in trouble.
Hopefully he'd be cooperative in that case.
