4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after: So The guy named Palastina team hit a guy, by accident, and then he got reported for it. Then Palastina started hitting him more, until he killed him. After that the victim made poll to ban Palastina for intended  killing. When it was time to vote, i said in chat that, "vote 1, because this guy was killing teammates on purpose". After i said that, Palastina started hitting me also, until i died:(
5. Why you think the offender did what he did.* In the picture you can see that, he got "mad" at guy who reported him for team hitting, so i guess thats the reason.

I can confirm. Unfortunately he seems like the kinda guy, who thinks teamkilling is the pinnacle of humour. Seems like 1/3 of the rounds, he teamkills someone, often at the very beginning.
