I must admit... this is pretty much a load of donkey shit!
Seriously admins?! With all the issues that cRPG faces. With all the things that could be done to not only improve it, but see it grow as a game and a community... and this is what you choose to do with your time.
This is the kind of shit that should make chadz and San and the others devs throw a fit. They should immediately hold a meeting with their admins and give them a stern talking to cut the bullshit... help the game grow... or you'll be fired as an admin. I'm not saying this lightly. I'm not one to cry about admins or devs. You'll never hear my cry about a broken game. I may not like some of the patch notes I read. I may offer my ideas. But I'll never say the game is broken and act like I'll stop playing because on weapon stat changes and the like.
But seeing something like this. It's enough to make me want to stop playing. To see that the powers that be (the admins) can abuse & do with random players as they like... that's pretty damn ridiculous! And I don't want to here about rules and such. There's players with semen on their banner. There's banners with an NHL logo on it's banner. There's tons of non-medieval and non-heraldic banners.
With all this said... I really want to here an admin or dev come into this thread and have a serious and thorough discussion/explanation of how this is right/correct/fair or all-around good for this game & it's community. Please no "rules are rules". If they were, we wouldn't have semen banners. And for the record... let's have semen banners... but let Peyton Manning have his as well. What's the harm? Seriously... give us a reason how semen banners will hurt the game or community.
Not trying to sound too bitchy with this post (just a little bitchy). But seriously, I want the game to grow... or at least survive a few more years. It won't if those given power, grossly and erratically mis-use their power. Notice I said "mis-use" not abuse. The former is just is nearly as bad!
With all that said, I'm not naming any admins. Honestly, not! I have never had any bad run-ins myself. Couldn't really name any admins. But you see enough abuse and enough ridiculous mis-use of power... that the part of you that wants this game to be a great game (and community) has to stand up and say something.
