3. How to install MEIOU & Taxes ?First of all, if you do not have the game.

This link- Create your account.
- Add the game by clicking on
"My Games" in the top-left button in the Nav.

- Then insert the CD-KEY.
- Now you have acces to Europa Universalis IV on Paradox Forums.
- Click again on
This link to download MEIOU & Taxes.
"Okey, it's downloaded, what now ?"Now, you need to extract on this directory :
C:\Users\User\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Europa Universalis IV\mod
If the folder "mod" do not exist, create it.
Now you need the hotfix available on
This link- Click on "download now"
- Then you need to extract the hotfix
inside the main mod folder. (It should ask you, if you want to replace, say yes for all)
Your mod is now installed good job !
Now,
- Start Steam
- Go to your game library
- Right click on Europa Universalis IV
- Properties
- a new window poped up, go to TAB : "BETAS"
- Select the version : 1.6.2 - Old Version
Congratulation ! You can now start your game and enjoy it !
4. Easy way to install for lazy besterdsLatvian uploaded his mod folder for you guys.
1- Go here :C:\Users\User\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Europa Universalis IV\2- Extract in the directory above the folder you downloaded here :https://www.dropbox.com/s/qqi0hgsolmoi8jt/mod.rar3- Start Steam- Go to your game library
- Right click on Europa Universalis IV
- Properties
- a new window poped up, go to TAB : "BETAS"
- Select the version : 1.6.2 - Old Version

PS: The mod MEIOU is a complete overhaul of the game.
We can explain you how to install it, if you don't know how to do it.
We use teamspeak when we are playing, but of course you can join without it.
