A dumb Mistake

Yesterday i finally hit level 32, so i was going to retire... I accidentally hit respec instead of retire, so then i was at level 31.....
After that i was frustrated and said i'll just retire at 31 and deal with it. Then i freaking hit it again. so now i'm at level 30 is there anyway i could reverse it, or am i stuck?

The name of the character that this happened on was Kojiro_Jr

Aw, that sucks dude. It's a lot of XP to lose even if you have plenty of free time to play and get it back.
