Dtv auto kicking fail

The dtv auto kick seems to be supposed to kick every person who refuses to spawn.
This auto kick is totally bugged. When you join in middle of the game , choose your equipement and click on ok, it still keep on kicking you as soon it is time to respawn. It also kick you if you die in middle of wave just after the end of the round.
I guess It needs to be fixed.

It's a known bug; and from what I've seen it ONLY happens on the NA DTV server :|

It's annoying! Sometimes having 5x getting killed but team is doing good.. = Kick!

It is beyond annoying! Kicking is so frequent that I just can't play anymore, as soon as I die - kick. Sometimes I am kicked even before I can spawn at least one time.
I am leaving CRPG till they fix this!

I'm not normal and I don't pretend so, my approach is pretty much a bomb crescendo.
Death is a fun way to pass the time though, several little bullets moving in staccato.

I usually play battle but DTV I play to get cash faster. That is I used to...
