There's no exact exchange rate, it will vary hugely as some players have more gold than sense, others want a fair deal, and some will be as stingy as possible.I personally treat it as 1 gold for 2 silver, i'm sure lots of people will have insanely different values, i believe that's on the generous side but then again some people have millions of gold they can throw around without a single thought.
