Just another couple of notes:
Same experience as you starting in. It's pretty tough getting thrown into the murky waters of c-rpg, wherein lie team-killing, heated comments, and rules which apply slightly less to players who are more well known(because they've been around longer). The experience that you've had has been there from the beginning, but here are some things I've learned from my experiences that could help you as well...
If someone team-kills you in the heat of battle(or team-wounds you) it's likely that they didn't actually mean to, so there's no need to get incredibly flustered(you lost your chance at becoming the star of the round or fighting with your buddy but there will always be more rounds). This will happen repeatedly(forever basically) as long as you play c-rpg
. However, if it is one singular person who continually does it, try to space yourself from them. If they follow you and continually do it, Press I to talk with admins(if any are on line) and take screenshots(print screen) automatically saves it to a file near your mount and blade warband w/ WSE2, and it shows the directory on your computer so you can find it.
For flamers, haters, ect. There's a lot of them. If someone doesn't answer your question, ask again later, or the forums are helpful. Additionally, you can press control M to mute chat and control U to un-mute, if there is too much flack going around(if you're playing with friends in teamspeak generally chat doesn't matter as much anyway)
"House Rules:" As San said, no spawning without weapons. Teamkilling is not an option, see above(I'd know, it's not really worth the time to revenge yourself either). Try not to be alone far away and last left alive because both admins and players will get irritated(even if you are actually fighting). Try not to "Leech"(stand in a corner and not do anything afk from the computer).
Regarding Admins: The motto most know around here(admins *cough* no fun ruin game ect. ect. ect.) However, there are good ones, San, Nightengale(or desire), Canary(however controversial everyone makes him out to be), Granpappy, and more(don't be offended if I didn't say your name you know it too). They're humans too. Humans make mistakes. Chat with them in game using I if they're around and they'll occasionally get back to you.
Last but not least, have fun(regardless of what people say). If you're not, and it turns out to be way more stressful than enjoyable, there's no need to come back every day and play through the fire and flames. Just enjoy the time with your friends. (hope I haven't made this sound way too intimidating, its not. I got used to it over time too and you can meet some pretty awesome people in this game.) Happy adventuring!
