irl something shorted on the shuttle and laika overheated and died within a few hours of liftoff and for a brief while one could look up to the stars and see a light shooting across the sky that was actually a warm dog corpse slingshoting about the earth at thousands of miles per hour which was arguably humanity's greatest achievement so far

Well, I've mostly been reading on yourbrainonporn.com, something is wrong when you can't enjoy having sex with women. But then I've been watching pron and fapping almost daily for quite along time. Might as well try living without it and see what happens, it's not like it's something essential. But I'm not aiming to live like a monk, rather to being able to enjoy real life sex again.
