well hybrid 1h/throwing 18/18 isnt exactly the most efficient, and its an achievement because every mediocre player knows that the head without armor (or in my case 4 armor) is the squishiest.

For me easy mode is my pole alt... at levels 27-30 I seem to get about same score as with my ninja main only because of that extra reach and head armor. Using 18/21 or 21/18 and no looms so far.

Hmmpf, about the gauntlets. I wonder if Wisby ones could be added to allowed item list.
According to wikipedia (i know, great info source meh):

In my opinion Wisby Gauntlets(black ones) are more historically accurate than scale/lamellar (don't beat me) also they have classy ninja look and will fir black lamellar perfectly. Cheers!
