Anything over 10 PS / PD / PT is useless??

I remember we had a thread talking about it but i cant find it in search but some people belieaved that Anything over 10 PS / PD / PT was useless and didn't count saying that the engine only allows up to 10 points per skill.

The developers proved that any skill above ten is worthless, including Iron Flesh.

Tests have confirmed this.

it also got change to 15 in on of the last patches...

And then it was fixed in 0.220 so skills over 10 count again.

But PD and PT over 11 are useless, because you can't get enough WPF to use it without penality ;)

I logged back in to find my avatar was blank, so I had no idea how that happened.
